Chihiro Ishino Photo Exhibition

16 Posted by Hello

Today, I went shopping to Daikanyama, Shimokitazawa, Shibuya and Harajyuku with my friend. In Harajyuku, we went to NALU, café, and see Photo Exhibition taken by Chihiro Ishino. Now she majors in photography at University and occasionally participates actively as a model in some magazine.
Before I went to the café, I’d thought another type of photos but it wasn’t. Her photo was like drawing, and cherishes soft light and color. Her red was especially beautiful.
After her graduation, she plans to go London to study photography. I thought, to go to London, her picture-postcard photo will be more characteristically and have more beautiful color.
Her exhibition will be end 12/30, so if you plan to go Harajyuku, you must go!
If you have some interests to her, go to her web site. At the site, you’ll be able to see prettier photos. http://www.geocities.jp/ciiciic/

I posted some of her pictures.↓

MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

xmas Posted by Hello

Merry Christmas! How are you spending? I’m looking forward to receiving a gift from Santa…Joking aside, when I was a child I had really believed that Santa existed as other people used to. Is there anyone who wrote a letter for him? I did. “Hello Santa, Please give me a gift! Let me see…I want a Doll!”
By the way can you remember why you doubt his being? Almost Children doubt at least he or she is six years old. Some of my friends said “I saw dad come into my room and laid a gift. So there is no Santa Crouse! ” This is the largest trigger, I think. From this conversation, some child who still believe Santa doubt him and this pervasive among children. I can’t how was it in my case, but anyway, we know there is no Santa Crouse at last.
But at the same time, we lose out! If we knew that fact and told mother or father about that, we might never get a gift from Santa. So I’d like to say to children in the world, if you wanna get one more gift, you must NOT told parent “I did find Santa! You are Santa, aren’t you?”

LEON

Natalie Portoman Posted by Hello

What are your most favorites? Watching movies, listening my favorite music and shopping are my interests. Today I want to talk you about movies.

I often see action, or SF movies but love romances. I don’t know why they are not my testes, but they are really boring for me. One of my favorite movies is LEON”(1994: US Jean Reno, Natalie Portman, Gary Oldman).

The plot is …
Mathilda (Natalie Portman), a twelve years old girl, was living a flat. Her father stored drugs for the cop, Norman Stansfield (Gary Oldman). Though he was a narcotics agent (it’s a kind of cop, who finds drug or people on drugs and arrest them), Stan was a people on drugs by misusing his position. Only did her biological brother can make her happy in her non-biological family. One day, Stan and his crew came to her house. He had known that her father had been using drugs that he stored for Stan. He came to house to kill her whole family. But She was out, so luckily could escape death. When she came back and noticed that her family was dead and they (Stan and his crew) were still in house. So she begged for her life to her neighbor, Leon (Jean Reno). In fact the neighbor was a cleaner, “hit man”. She noticed that and asked him to kill them for revenge…

This movie’s POI (places of interest) is cute (but sexy) Natalie, Gary’s acting and soundtrack.
She was mannish in spite of her age at that time. I can’t remember how old she was, but it’s true that her age was much younger than the Leon’ s crew had expected for the role.
And Gary Oldman was really perfect for the role. Because his role, narcotics agent, was a people on drugs, he freaked out and was cruel. If you see him, you’ll feel a cold chill for his perfect acting. Especially the scene that he used drugs (drop a bop) is worth seeing!
This move includes violence action (not just action movie) but I promise you’d love it if you see it!

A drama

I saw a drama, “8 femmes(8人の女たち),on December 10. Have you seen a movie with the same title as this one yet? That was a France movie. Catherine Deneuve was in it.
I have gone to see musical and opera before, but this is my first time to see a drama. So I was so excited to see it. What is the best point to see it is stage actress’ s feel and act. Their ways of standing, walking and sitting are very different. I felt them shining and bigger than other TV actress in the drama. The next time, I’d like to see a drama in which I can see swordfight! Let me see…how about going to see a “TANNGE SANNZEN”??
